Ten Things about Ashley
  1. My first date with my wife Graziella was in 1989 when she cooked Lasagna for me and I was sold on her straight away. 
  2. It took me a further 7 years to marry her( I went through a stage where I was not a good decision maker). 
  3. I love all things Italian- the food, women, clothes, holiday resorts even the men are the best looking guys in the world.  It makes me sick. 
  4. I have watched over 1200 Manchester United games all over the U.K. and Europe and I have never missed a Cup Final. My first ever game was in 1975 when I watched United in the old Division Two 
  5. I love reading and read a Personal Development book a month. 
  6. I hate staying in hotels and cannot stand poor service.  I am getting fussier as I get older. 
  7. My favorite TV  Programmes are Dragons Den and Match of the Day. 
  8. My favourite place in the whole wide world is the Lake District and is one of the few places where I totally switch off. 
  9. I am not very good at switching off, hence number 8.
  10. In 1996 I joined a Chris Barrow Course when he called me an idiot for not taking enough days off; I stayed on his programme for a further 4 years. One of the best coaches I have ever worked with and I have worked with many. 
 
One last one - I was born in 1964 in Manchester and my poor mother was in labour for 25 hours having me. She said it was worth it though!
