Turning Enquiries into Appointments

 As more of the dental profession seek to build their business by reducing their dependency on the NHS and for the Practices who are in the Private Sector realise that competition is increasing, there is a general recognition that a different mindset and range of skills are necessary to operate and succeed.

In a downtime economy every enquiry into your practice is like gold dust and dental practices need to ensure that every enquiry that comes into your practice about your services are treated correctly and ultimately into appointments and eventually clients. Many Practices I speak to don't even measure where their leads come from and what part of their Marketing is working the best for them. Practices up and down the country are missing out on thousands of pounds worth of opportunities every day.


With this in mind and in conjuction with Richard Collard and Simon Tucker from Medenta Finance, we have developed a One Day Programme to address these issues and we will be delivering this in April. This programme will be a mixture of facilitation, discussion and hands on practice to develop the skills necessary, with the ultimate aim of turning every enquiry into an appointment.

Ashley Latter
 
Ashley is one of the leading coaches for the dental market in the U.K. He specializes in delivering his famous Ethical sales & Communication Programme and over the last10 years, over 4000 delegates have taken Ashley's two day programme.
During the last 5 years Ashley has spoken at most of the major conferences  in the U.K. and these include  BDA Conference in 2005, B.A.C.D. in 2005, W.A A.C in 2006/2008, Better Practice in 2007 and British Orthodontic Conferences in 2006 and 2007 & the A.D.I Conference in 2007.  He is also delivered Talking points in May 2009 to 12 venues all over the U.K. and he also has written a book called 'Helping Patients to say YES' which was launched in the summer of 2007.

Richard Collard

 
Richard is a partner and director of Medenta Finance Ltd, a company that seeks to put business into practice.  As a CTI trained coactive coach, with a wealth of business experience from the corporate world and as a business owner, Richard is able to advise, coach and train other business owners and their teams.
 
After graduating in 1981 with a business honours degree, Richard joined KaVo Dental Ltd, a company he served for 18 years in a variety of sales, management and marketing functions, culminating as sales and marketing director for the UK.  In 1999 he established Synapse UK Ltd, a coaching consultancy specialising in developing business for dental companies and the dental profession.
