"The course was an absolute eye opener and we both went away inspired. Both Faresh and I finished the course on Wednesday & sold (and closed) at least £10,000 worth of treatment between us - if not more the next day. We have decided that we would like to do a refresher course at least once a year to keep the techniques fresh. Once again thank you for an enlightening two days."

Frequently Asked Questions
*

1. What are the Core concepts of the Programme?

This programme is not about turning Dentists & Orthodontists and their team members into hard faced salespeople. The core philosophy of the programme is about building stronger relationships with your patients, finding out their issues and addressing them with solutions. This is as opposed to you having to sell to them.

2. Why is this programme so popular?

With more dentists and Orthodontists going private and patients requiring far more cosmetic work, there is a greater need for dentists to communicate and sell their ideas better to the patient. The patient is now demanding this. Having the technical skills is important, but if you can't present your ideas well, you will not be able to put your technical skills into practice. A lot of dentists who are NHS do the programme as they want to increase the amount of private work they do.

3. How is the programme delivered?

The course is delivered over two full days with a follow up tele-conference coaching call one month after. The programme is not a lecture, but participants receive real life coaching so that they develop new skills, a more positive attitude and increase in confidence. This leads to people improving their performance back in the practice. The programme is fun, motivational and a very enjoyable experience.

4. Who should do the programme?

The programme is relevant to anyone who has direct contact with patients. A lot of Practices bring their teams, as it ensures everyone sings off the same hymn sheet.

5. Does the programme work?

Over the last ten years over 4000 participants have taken part on the course from the Dentistry Profession. Over 97% come from either recommendation, or repeat business from existing clients. We often get emails and telephone calls from happy participants who tell us they have achieve an instant payback within a few days of being back in the practice. They also tell us for the very first time in their lives they are now delivering the type of dentistry that they have spent thousands of pounds developing and I often get asked why they weren't taught these skills at Dentistry School. Over 99% of the participants tell us that the course exceeded their expectations.

6. Do you follow up after the programme?

We have a tele-conference six weeks after. In addition, you can have access to Ashley for unlimited coaching on request.

7. Does the programme qualify for CPD?

Everyone will receive a certificate showing 14 hours CPD.

8. Can the course be delivered in house?

Yes, Ashley personally delivers the programme in House to around a dozen practices a year on average. We can design the course on your agenda and also it will save the practice travel and accommodation expenses.

9. How many participants take part?

On average we normally have around 28-30 participants taking part. We also invite participants who have done the programme before, so that they can give examples of the techniques and also help other people get the best from the course.

10. If you were to summarise, what are the main benefits dentists get from taking part on the course?

There are many. However, if we were to prioritise the top eight these would be;

  • Increase in uptake of treatment plans
  • Increase in fees
  • Improvement in Communication
  •  Increase in staff confidence and self esteem
  • A more positive attitude
  • Uncover new opportunities that they previously missed
  • Increase in the number of high quality referrals
  • Improvement in the bottom line

11. What are the some of the objections dentists give us for not /delay taking the course?

  • Two days off work
  • Expense
  • Role-Play
