Having procrastinated over taking your Ethical Sales and Communication programme for well over a year, I now regret not saying 'yes' sooner.
The hands on course has really helped everyone in the team in terms of communication between colleagues and especially to patients. We are now able to talk confidently about the service we provide with a real sense of pride and enthusiasm. And the result? A definate increase in the word 'yes' from our patients.
The investment made in this course is already paying dividends and I would say to anyone considering this course 'don't procrastinate..... just say 'yes''. Anil Baboolal High Street Dental Witney Oxford
Please accept this letter as an enourmous thank you from all the members of the OSG present at the meeting at the Royal College of Physicians on the 24th March.
I think the feedback says it all with consistently high scores for all aspects, with several members commenting that it was the best OSG meeting for years.
This was largely due to the huge amount of work put in by the event by speakers like yourself.
Thanks you again

On behalf of all of us at the ADI, we would like to congratulate and thank you for your part in making the 2007 Congress such a tremendous success.
The keen participation by delegates for both the nurses & practice staff programme and the dental implant hygiene programme, together with the practical workshops, has proven once again the importance of this major ADI team event.
The evaluations are currently being processed and should bear out the favourable comments being made around the ICC during the event. We appreciated greatly the positive input from you and your speaker colleagues in the build up to the Congress. Thank you sincerely for your support.
With best wishes.
