There is a minimum cancellation fee of £25 plus VAT on our courses.
For our NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses, the cancellation fee is £100 plus VAT, plus the retail cost of the CDs and manual, which will remain your property.
For our NLP Trainers Training, the cancellation fee is £250 plus VAT.
If you return the relevant CDs and manual in their original condition, then the policy stated in the section ‘Our 30 Day Guarantee’ applies.
Should you wish to defer a course to a different date, the cancellation fees waived for the first deferment.
