As a Practice Manager in a dental practice, the role often comes with unique challenges that can lead to feelings of isolation and constant pressure. Your responsibilities are never ending, and it can be 24 hours per day. How the programme works 

We will meet for two hours every two months live via a Zoom meeting. Hours will be 10.00am to 12.00pm. We will send the link to you beforehand. If for any reason you are unable to join a meeting it will be recorded.

Each session will be interactive, engaging and fun, where everyone will get an opportunity to share what is working from the previous session, and best practices will be shared, so that everyone can learn from the experiences of others.

At some of the sessions we will make time for hot seats where a delegate can share a current challenge they are facing and then receive advice and coaching not just from Ashley and Lucie, but also the other delegates. Imagine coming to a meeting with a challenge and then receive the blueprint and experiences from the rest of the group.
