Lissa has been with us since 2010 and is our Business and Customer Support Manager. You name it, she does it. From an active role in the marketing, finance, booking delegates on the programmes, to overall client support, Lissa’s aim is to ensure you get world class experience. Ensuring the smooth running of all our courses, she handles everything from the moment a client books on to a programme and is there to help throughout the journey.
In her spare time, Lissa loves walking and going to the gym and watching Manchester City. She has also volunteered at a school in Kenya since 2018.
