I had been thinking for some time that I needed to pick a course that would help elevate our practice to the next level. I’ve always heard positive things about Ashley Latter’s Ethical Sales course but like everyone else who’s busy I never did commit myself to getting around to booking on. After listening to one of Ashley’s Webinar, I signed up for the online ethical sales and communication course. After that very first session my dentistry changed. The very next day I employed the skills taught. I went from being a dentist who lacked confidence in selling treatments to a clinician who had a structure to compliment my communication skills and understood the importance of patient rapport without being overly obsequious. Incorporating new treatments into practice can be a daunting prospect, especially if they are high value treatments.
